My name is Jake and I’m a 31 year old traveler from San Antonio, Texas. I grew up as a military kid, always moving from place to place and adapting to life on the go. Once I got my first job in high school, I saved up to go on trips around the USA, and eventually abroad, to ride roller coasters at every theme park possible. Once I got to college, I applied for the airlines and worked in the industry professionally for 10 years, further falling in love with everything airline and travel related.
10 years ago I had never left the United States. Now fast forward to 2023 and I have been to 42 countries, all 50 states, and quit my desk job to pursue my passion of travel fulltime. I don’t know what my future career holds, but I hope I can help you plan your travels. I am excited to share how I book all of my flights, cruises, share my itineraries, and tell the story of everything I see and do. From the best spots in town, to the best views and national parks, hikes, food, and everything in between, I hope you enjoy the journey and are inspired to take your own trips around this amazing planet.
